Ticket Pricing Policy

We often get asked about ticket prices and we're keen that our events are as accessible as possible. Some events are more expensive to put on than others.

As a community, not for profit event, our prices are considered per event and dependent on the costs we have to cover.

​

The costs we incur in running the festival (2-3 weeks of events a year) include film licences (35% + of ticket sales), technical costs, equipment hire, venue,  insurance, print, marketing, guest costs, artists etc

​

Sponsorship and funding is sought to try and cover extra expenses, additional artistic input , the time of the festival team during the events. (We're a small team and most of our time is given in kind).

Advertising in the brochure and on screen supports local businesses and helps us cover the costs of printing.

We are always looking for people who can help us with funding applications or seek sponsorship for our events.
